What we collect
- Your display name and a username (no email, phone, surname, photo or birthday).
- Your level and hub group.
- Your lesson progress and quiz answers.
- Questions you ask for help, and chat messages.
- Hub attendance and which laptop you used.
Who can see it
Only you and Tiny & Great tutors and admins. Other students can see your display name and messages in your group chat — nothing else. We do not sell or share your information.
How AI helps
When you ask a question, an AI tutor writes a first answer to help you quickly. Tutors can read and check these answers, and you can always ask a human tutor. Never type personal information in questions or chat.
Staying safe
- Be kind. Stay on learning.
- Never share your address, phone number, school or photos.
- Tap Report on any chat message that makes you uncomfortable.
How to report a problem
Tap Report in chat, ask for help in the app, or tell a tutor at the hub. Parents can speak to the hub team at any session. If you feel unsafe, tell a trusted adult straight away.
